Within this section you will find the site rules. These rules are designed to protect all users of the site, and comply with Australian Law and International Law.

Fing may from time to time need to amend these conditions in response to legislative changes or to improve functionality. Any changes are solely at the discretion of Fing and will be posted on the website. Substantive changes that affect your use of the site will be sent to you by email, and you will be given the opportunity to continue or end your agreement at anytime.

1. Eligibility. Fing is available to everyone over the age of 16, younger persons must be seek the authority of a responsible adult who accepts the terms and conditions.
   Content. All content on Fing must satisfy our guidelines on content. We are a family site and do not offer for sale products that could cause offence on the grounds of race, religion, sex, graphic imagery or anything deemed objectionable by Fing. If at any time you find content on Fing that causes offence we ask you to contact us to discuss.
   All submissions to Fing remain the property of the person submitting them.
   If you choose the display for sale option you agree to grant Fing the worldwide license to reproduce and sell the design, until such time as you inform us in writing of your decision to withdraw the design. Unless it is specifically agreed otherwise you give Fing the right to reproduce the design on any product in the Fing range.
   You agree to indemnify Fing in the case any design submitted by you becomes subject to a legal action, by any third parties as a result of you willfully or by omission breaching these conditions.
   In submitting a design for the display for sale option you are asserting your ownership of the design.
   Fing agrees to pay a royalty equal to 15% of the selling price of a product less GST, when the design is incorporated into that product.
   Royalties due will be calculated in the first working week of the calendar month, and funds available on the confirmation of payment having been received by Fing.
   You acknowledge that you enter into an agreement with Fing as an independent entity, and not as a partner or employee of Fing.
   
2. Fing guarantees the quality of every product, however if for some reason an item does not meet your expectation, please contact us so we can discuss a suitable resolution.
   

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Fing only collects the data it requires to process orders.
   
2. Fing takes all reasonable steps to safeguard your details.
   
3. Fing will not sell or give access to your details to any third party.
